I love this pack! I ride to work every day through all sorts of weather and having it off my back and on my shoulders has made a huge difference. Not to mention the waterproof-ness and handy outside pocket.

I do have a problem though — the thing squeaks enough to really disturb my fixed gear biking zen. PLEASE help me fix this. It’s really driving me nuts. It seems to be the padding inside the shoulder pads rubbing against the stiff plastic insert that’s attached to the flexible joint.

    WHAT can I do?

    Thanks
    Andy
